The new promotional leaflet for the ss Great Britain is now printed and features lots of my illustration throughout, including on the front cover, the navigational map on the back, and the main illustration of the site inside. The leaflet was designed by So Design. Look out for it in tourist information leaflet racks.

The ss Great Britain commissioned me to rework my illustration of their site (which I did for their education leaflet back in the summer) to use in their Visitors leaflet. It was lots of work, but so good to go back to this piece and include many more elements of the site.

They are printing 600,000 copies, so look out for them, and why not visit the ship yourself!

I spent the summer working on a cutaway map of the ss Great Britain site, which was finally signed off a few days ago. Here is the progress I made building up and developing the artwork with the lovely people at the ss Great Britain.

I’m working on an illustration of a Victorian brewery. I’ve not finished yet, but this shows my methodology…. after researching I built a 3D model in Google Sketch Up to get the perspective right. I used this to trace off and added all of the detail. Now all I need to to is add colour.

I have just finished illustrating Solomon’s Temple. This is an illustration which will be part of a map of 1st century Jerusalem. I still have so much to do!
